1.0 Schematic Design

2.0 Design Development
2.1 Coordinate and contact with the architects, detailed design the entire facade systems.

3.0 Tender Documentation
3.1 Providing local elevations, sections and the floor plans show the design intent, and providing design concept drawings for typical node of all systems within the scope of work.
3.2 Provide detailed technical requirements in accordance with Chinese standards and international standards. It must cover all facade system components and materials.
3.3 In the bidding documents, we offer quality assurance provisions, including facade system materials, performance, testing, manufacturing, assembling, transportation, installation and cleaning of facade systems.
3.4 The tender documents including the technical spec. and facade tender drawings combined with architectural Drawings provide by architect submit to the client and add to the tender documents.
4.0 Tender Phase
4.1 Providing a list of bidders to the owner, the list includes qualified local and Asian region facade contractors.
4.2 Assist tender documents answering, and answer the bidder‘s technical questions in the preparation of tender documents.
4.3 On the technical side, to assist owner to assess bidders, including review of drawings, engineering calculations, and review, report and choice of raw materials intended to use.
4.4 Indicate the technical factors which will effect the cost offer with material consultants.
4.5 Finally, make a written report on the assessment of the bidders based on the advantages of various technique, and rank the bidding plans, as well as give advice to sign a contract.
5.0 Construction Drawing Review & Approvals
5.1 Arrange contractors to submit drawings and obtain approval of the whole process.
5.2 Check the construction drawings and calculation of all the curtain wall systems, then make a suggestion to meet the requirements of the tender documents and specification.
5.3 Collate and explain the test results of components and materials also make suggestions whether to accept submitted samples and materials.
5.4 From the perspective of consultants, assist the design institute and project architect/engineer for approval of construction department.
6.0 Performance Mockup Testing
6.1 Review, check and recommend model design, shop drawings, calculations and test steps. Providing review for the design documents of each model performance testing.
6.2 Check the process of model performance testing recommended by the contractor, and ensure that the process has been strictly enforced according to the plan.
6.3 Model performance testing including the following (but not all) test.
● Static Water Penetration Test
● Dynamically(Simulation Typhoon) Watertight Test
● Static Air Tightness Test
● In-plane Displacement Test
● Structure Safety Performance testing
● BMU Connection Test
6.4 Participate in the model performance testing and check whether the company according to the approval process for testing, then provide a comprehensive report of the results of system test.
6.5 If the test fails, analyze and check the cause of failure. Supervise the facade contractor to solve the problems caused by failure until the test is successful.
7.0 Factory Assembly and Site Inspection
7.1 Casual inspection on the materials and installation companies, after each inspection submit a comprehensive report including pictures for project record.
7.2 Visit the site regularly to insure correct installation and quality control, after each inspection submit a comprehensive report including pictures for project record.
7.3 Witness and verify the benchmark test, including embedded parts testing and drench water leak proof test of the site.
7.4 According to the requirements of the client to the site to attend the meeting, and help to solve the problems of the facade in the site.
8.0 After the Construction Completion
8.1 Do defect inspection after the construction is completed, make suggestions to the customer on the things need repair or to be improved.
8.2 we provide digital photos to the highlight problems in façade engineering and project record.
8.3 Review the completion figure, maintenance manual and guarantee, etc., to ensure that they are consistent with the façade performance technical requirements.
